Sage & Sun Yoga A slower way to move, breathe and come home to yourself.

About Us

The studio's practice room, empty, with morning light across the floor.

Sage & Sun Yoga opened as a direct answer to the high-intensity gym culture around it — a room built for slowing down instead of pushing harder. We teach vinyasa, yin, restorative and breathwork classes to small groups, in a space designed to feel more like a quiet living room than a fitness studio.

Our space

Large windows fill the practice room with morning light, and we've kept the rest simple: linen-toned walls, potted plants, and enough floor space between mats that no one feels crowded. Every mat, block, bolster and blanket a student needs is already in the room.

How we teach

Every class here is taught by name, not by headcount. Our teachers get to know the regulars, offer options for every body in the room, and build each class — whether a flowing vinyasa or a still, prop-supported restorative session — around breath first and performance second.

Why we started this

We built Sage & Sun because the loudest, fastest version of fitness isn't the only one worth offering. A slower practice is still a serious one, and it's the one most of us actually need more of.
