Common Questions

Do I need any yoga experience to join a class?

No. Every class is taught to the room, and your teacher offers options for different levels. Vinyasa moves a little faster, while yin and restorative are approachable for a first class.

What should I bring?

Just comfortable clothes and a water bottle. We provide mats, blocks, bolsters and blankets at no extra charge.

Is the first class really free?

Yes. New students can book one complimentary class through the online booking form; after that, classes are paid per visit or through a class package.

What's the difference between vinyasa, yin and restorative yoga?

Vinyasa links breath to movement through a flowing sequence of postures. Yin holds a smaller number of floor postures for several minutes at a time to work into the connective tissue. Restorative uses props to support the body fully in a few long, passive postures.

How do I book a class?

Use the booking button on this site to choose a class and time; you'll get a confirmation by email, and the studio can also take your booking by phone.
